Jaime thrives on helping groups tap into their most valuable resource… themselves! Her genuine love of people and her ability to always see their potential is what makes her so effective at leading workshops and presentations. She has educated on topics ranging from meaningful goal setting to experiencing the abandon of African drumming for the past seven years. Jaime has taught classes as well as created and led seminars to hundreds of groups ranging from international sports teams, Universities, small businesses and charities to corporations.
Jaime’s fun and reflective activities are designed to deeply touch her clients and create real and deep shifts at the core level. She has trained extensively in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming and uses these skills to artfully craft her life changing programs. Her deepest passion is working with women and particularly individuals struggling with weight loss and addiction.
